The Concierge Psychology Group provides mental health services including but not limited to concierge therapy, Veteran services, ADHD assessments, and other psychological support. Services are delivered in-person, virtually (via PsyPact where applicable), or through travel-to-client arrangements.
By using our services, you represent that you:
Are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
Will provide accurate and complete information during the intake process.
Your confidentiality is protected in accordance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details. Certain legal exceptions apply, such as imminent harm to self or others, suspected abuse, or court orders.
All services are self-pay and not billed through insurance.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, and other methods as agreed upon.
Fees may vary by service type and plan.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency at the discretion of the provider.
